All returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Electrical components (all are tested before dispatch)
• Installed or used items
• Items with damaged original packaging

Non-electrical items may be returned if they meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within seven (7) days of delivery
• Item is unused and in resalable condition
• Original packaging remains intact and undamaged
• All labels, seals, and accessories are included
• Item has not been installed or fitted in any vehicle

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused.

• Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
• For PayPal or N-Genius payments, the refund will be processed through the respective gateway.
• Refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the return is due to an error by Carbus24.
• A restocking fee may apply for approved returns.

• Contact Carbus24 customer support to request return authorization.
• Provide order number, item details, and reason for return.
• Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
• Ship the item using a reliable courier (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless caused by Carbus24 error).
• Keep proof of shipment until refund is completed.
• Important: Unauthorized returns may be refused.

• Notify Carbus24 within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide photos and relevant details.
• Carbus24 will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.
• Items damaged by improper installation or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

• COD orders are refunded to the original payment method used for the order (if any prepayment is made).
• For COD orders returned, the refund process may take additional time due to verification and logistics.

• Custom orders or items sourced from remote warehouses may not be eligible for return.
• Any deviations from this policy will be communicated clearly at the time of order.
