Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Carbus24 website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Carbus24 operates as an online marketplace that facilitates the sale of automotive parts and related products by Carbus24 and independent third-party vendors ("Vendors").

• Products listed on the Carbus24 platform may be sold directly by Carbus24 or by third-party Vendors.
• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, specifications, compatibility information, warranties, and product descriptions.
• Carbus24 acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not the manufacturer, distributor, or owner of all products listed by Vendors.
• Any contract for the purchase of Vendor-supplied products is between the customer and the respective Vendor.
• Carbus24 may assist with payment processing, order management, customer support, and dispute resolution but is not responsible for Vendor actions, omissions, product defects, or warranty claims except where required by applicable law.

• Customers must select the correct part numbers.
• Verify vehicle compatibility before purchase.
• Provide accurate shipping and billing information.
• Carbus24 is not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from customer error. All compatibility information, diagrams, or part references are for guidance only.

• Product availability is confirmed at the time of processing.
• Manufacturers may discontinue or replace part numbers without notice.
• If a replacement part is required, Carbus24 or the selling Vendor may provide the official replacement.
• If the replacement is cheaper, no refund will be given.
• If the replacement is more expensive, customer approval may be requested before dispatch.
• Orders may be partially fulfilled or canceled due to stock unavailability.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization (except COD orders).
• Carbus24 reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, or system errors.
• A 5% VAT will be applied to the order subtotal for deliveries within the UAE (e.g., AED 5 VAT on a AED 100 subtotal).

Carbus24 does not collect, store, or process any credit/debit card information.

All online payments are handled securely by third-party payment providers such as:

• PayPal
• N-Genius (Network International)

Customers are redirected to the payment provider’s secure platform to complete the transaction.

Carbus24 has no access to sensitive payment data (card numbers, CVV, expiry dates, banking credentials).

Any issues with payment authorization, gateway downtime, declines, or fraud checks are the responsibility of the payment provider.

Any payment fees, including currency conversion or processing charges by PayPal, will be borne by the customer.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
• Carbus24 reserves the right to refuse COD orders where eligibility conditions are not met.
• Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be added to the order and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders delivered within the UAE and Oman.

Carbus24 ships using:

• DHL (international)
• Porter (UAE)
• Local courier (UAE)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Carbus24 is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, Vendors, or force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and for paying customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees.

Items may be opened for inspection and resealed before dispatch.

9.1 Electrical Parts

Non-returnable. All electrical items are tested before dispatch.

9.2 Non-Electrical Parts

May be returned within 7 days from delivery if:

• Not installed or fitted in a vehicle
• Unused and in resalable condition
• Original packaging intact and undamaged
• All labels, seals, and accessories included

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless caused by Carbus24 or the selling Vendor.

A restocking fee may apply.

• Notify Carbus24 within 7 days of delivery.
• Supporting photos or documentation may be required.
• Claims after the reporting period may not be accepted.
• Damage caused by improper installation or misuse is not covered.

Products sold do not carry a manufacturer warranty unless specified.

Any limited warranty offered by Carbus24 or a Vendor is subject to inspection.

Warranty does not cover installation costs, misuse, electrical damage, or normal wear and tear.

Where a product is sold by a Vendor, any warranty provided remains the responsibility of that Vendor unless otherwise stated.

Carbus24 shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect part selection
• Installation errors
• Mechanical/electrical failure after installation
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption or loss of profit
• Vendor actions, omissions, product defects, or warranty disputes except where required by applicable law

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

For products sold by third-party Vendors through the Carbus24 marketplace:

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product information, availability, warranties, and legal compliance.
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling their obligations relating to products sold through the marketplace.
• Carbus24 reserves the right to remove listings, suspend Vendor accounts, or cancel Vendor transactions where necessary.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Carbus24 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
