This Shipping Policy explains how Carbus24 handles the delivery of orders, including shipping methods, delivery times, tracking, and responsibilities. By placing an order with Carbus24, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

Carbus24 ships using trusted logistics partners:

• DHL – For international deliveries
• Porter – For Dubai and Sharjah deliveries
• Local Courier – For UAE and Oman deliveries

Customers may select the shipping method during checkout based on availability. Local courier services are available for deliveries within the UAE and Oman. Porter delivery service is available for Dubai and Sharjah only. DHL is used for domestic and international shipments and is available worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout. Carbus24 is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier operational issues
• Customs clearance
• Government regulations
• Force majeure events (e.g., weather, natural disasters)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier. International shipments may incur additional charges for customs, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Carbus24 is not responsible for additional charges imposed by customs authorities or local regulations.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation (except COD). Carbus24 may open packages for inspection and reseal them before shipment for quality and compliance purposes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Customers can track shipments through the courier’s website. Carbus24 is not responsible for courier delays or lost packages after shipment.

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to Carbus24 within 7 days. For lost or damaged shipments, Carbus24 will coordinate with the courier for investigation, replacement, or refund.

All international shipments are subject to customs clearance. Import duties, taxes, and other government charges are the customer’s responsibility. Carbus24 is not liable for shipments held or delayed by customs.
